"The Paisley Effect School of Nails" AGREEMENT

Terms and Conditions for the Nail Technology Course

The Paisley Effect School of Nails Tuition is $3500 when paid IN FULL within the first 30 days. Currently, no financial aid is available.

TPESON is $4000 if payment arrangements are needed.

Your down payment is $600 and will be deducted from Tuition. BOTH of your kits (Nail, PodoSafe), books, and t-shirt all come from this.

For payment arrangements, the remaining $3400 will be split up into weekly or biweekly payments.

Weekly: $390, to be paid in full by week 10!

Bi-Weekly: $780, to be paid in full by week 10!

First week/biweekly payments are due by day ONE of class to ensure no one is behind starting off. Two consecutively missed payments will result in suspension until payment is caught up. Dismissal from the program may result from failure to pay or missed days.

The Paisley Effect School of Nails will NOT release, to any licensing board or other schools, any certified hours or transcripts unless financial and contractual obligations for those hours obtained have been met.

All students are protected by a surety bond held by The Paisley Effect School of Nails.

ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE BY CASH, ZELLE, CHECK, MONEY ORDER, DEBIT/ CREDIT CARD (3% FEE ADDED), INVOICE (3% FEE ADDED)

1. 16 years old
