1. Service Provided
The dog handler agrees to provide the following services for the wedding of the Client(s):
  • Pre-wedding consultation: Meet with the Client(s) to discuss the wedding  day timeline, dog's role, and specific requirements for the dog.
  • Dog transportation: Arrange place and time to pick up and transport the dog to the event.
  • Dog handling during the event: Responsible for the care, safety, and well-being of the dog, including overseeing the dog's participation in photos, ceremony, or any other special activities. 
  • Dog care: Ensure the dog is fed, hydrated, and taken for bathroom breaks when necessary.
  • Post-event care: After the event, the Dog Handler will transport the dog safely back to the client's home or to another location as specified.
2. Date & Time of Services
The dog handler will provide services on the date and at the time listed below.


3. Payment & Fees
  • The fees will be $175.00 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours. This will include meet and greet, rehearsal and wedding day. Total fee will be determined after the wedding.
  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date and times of services. This deposit will be applied toward the total fee.
  • The remaining balance is due at the completion of services.

4. Client Responsibilities
The Client(s) agree to:
  • Provide any necessary supplies for the dog (e.g., leash, collar, harness, medications, etc.).
  • Ensure the dog is in good health and up-to-date on vaccinations before the event. Please provide a copy one week before the wedding.
  • Ensure the dog is familiar with any important commands or behaviors that may be needed on the wedding day (if the dog is part of the ceremony of photos).
  • Notify the Dog Handler in advance of any special requests, limitations, or considerations related to the dog’s care and behavior.
5. Cancellation Policy
  • If the Client cancels the services within 30 (days) of the wedding date, the Client will forfeit the non-refundable deposit.
  • If the Dog Handler cancels, the Client will receive a full refund of any payments made.
6. Liability
  • The Dog Handler will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of the dog. However, the Client agrees that the Dog Handler is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or  damages that may occur during the event.
  • The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Dog Handler from any liability, claims, or damages resulting from the dog’s actions during the wedding event.
7. Special Requirements
Any special requests, such as specific photos, activities, or additional time, must be discussed and agreed upon by both parties prior to the event (request the day of upon availability)  and may require an additional fee. 
8. Miscellaneous
  • This Agreement is binding upon execution by both parties.
  • Any changes to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
  • This Agreement is governed by the law of South Carolina.
